IMU and the Institute of Marine Engineers (India) (IMEI) exchanged a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on 27 February 2026. Under this collaboration, IMEI will utilize IMU facilities to conduct practical training for Oil, Chemical, and Gas Tanker course modules, strengthening industry-oriented maritime training and enhancing hands-on learning for maritime professionals.
