The Students of the School of Maritime Management (SMM) at the Indian Maritime University (IMU), Kochi campus, recently had the privilege to participate in a thought-provoking lecture series titled "LEADERINSIGHT - Learning from Mistakes” on February 6. 2024 at KMA house, Panampally nagar at 5.30PM. Dr. Aravind TS, a distinguished faculty member at SMM and a prominent member of the Kerala Management Association, spearheaded this initiative, extending the opportunity to students to glean insights from seasoned professionals. Objectives: The primary objective of the LEADERINSIGHT lecture series was to offer students a platform to gain valuable insights from the experiences and mistakes of accomplished individuals. Through this initiative, students were encouraged to broaden their perspectives, understand the significance of learning from failures, and cultivate a resilient mindset crucial for navigating challenges in both personal and professional spheres.
