On 3rd October 2025, the Indian Maritime University – Mumbai Port Campus hosted a Guest Lecture on Women’s Health and Well-being as part of the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan initiative. The session, led by Dr. Vinod Sharma and health education experts from Mumbai Port Trust Hospital, focused on: Preventive healthcare, Nutrition and fitness, Mental well-being, Women's role in family and societal health. The interactive format encouraged open dialogue, reminding us that a healthy woman is the cornerstone of a strong family and society.
