OCEANICA 2.0 – Maritime Management Fest 2025 was successfully organized by the School of Maritime Management on 24th October 2025 at Indian Maritime University, Kochi Campus. The event began with the lighting of the lamp, symbolizing a day of enthusiasm, creativity, and learning. R. Adm. S. N. Alamanda (Retd.), Director, IMU Kochi Campus, delivered the inaugural address, setting an inspiring tone for the day. Ms. Amritha C. S. and Dr. Aravind T. S. coordinated the event, ensuring its grand success. With a mission to bring out managerial and cultural talents, OCEANICA 2.0 featured an exciting lineup of competitions including HR Game, Shark Tank, IPL Auction, Best Manager, Maritime Quiz, Dance Tournament, and more — drawing participation from IMU and other institutions. The Valedictory Ceremony was graced by Dr. Divya S. Iyer, IAS, Managing Director, Vizhinjam International Seaport, Thiruvananthapuram, as Chief Guest. Her keynote address offered valuable insights into leadership and maritime management, inspiring everyone present.
